West Coast (Mt Owen) Trails to open July 23 2021

The first four trails: North Owen Descent, The Long Spur, Chamouni Traverse and Summit Loop on Mt Owen will open to the public on Friday July 23.

Full details, including shuttle bookings, can be found on the new website mtb.westcoasttas.com.au.

The trails on the upper mountain can only be accessed by a shuttle service out of Queenstown (no private shuttles allowed) and it is great to see local company RoamWild operating this service.

The first four trails are blue-black (intermediate with difficult sections).
