The Bank-of-Us Run the Bridge Hobart fun run and walk is one of Tasmania's premier running events each year.
Location
A 64km relay or individual running race from Dennes Point to the Light House on bruny Island. Next event will be 30 November 2019.
The Crank-E Hobart Fun Run is a 2.5km or 5km fun run through Hobart in support of the Royal Hobart Hospital Paediatric Unit. The next event will be held on Sunday 15 September 2019.
The Flinders Running Festival started in 2007 as a community fun run and health promotion day and has grown every year since. The next event will be held Friday 30 August to Sunday 1 September 2019.
The Glenorchy Fun Run is the main promotional event run by the Northern Suburbs Athletic Club each year with about 400 participants turning our in the middle of winter. There is both a 5km and 10km event. The last event was held on Sunday 30 July, 2017.
Location
The King Island Imperial 20 has an event for everyone. The main feature is a challenging 32 kilometre footrace which is the only coast to coast race in Australia. Support events include a 32 kilometre walking race as well as team walking and running races. The next event will be held on 10 March 2019.
The Matthew Millhouse Salute allows you to either run, cycle, kayak, pack march or walk to and from Bellerive Beach Park, raising money for the White Cloud Foundation who support veterans and families dealing with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and peri-natal depression.

The Point to Pinnacle is an iconic walk and race, billed as the world's toughest half marathon. Starting at Wrest Point, pretty much every step from there is up until you get to the top of Mt Wellington.
The City to Casino Fun Run and Walk offers an 11km running event starting at the Hobart Showground, 7km running and walking events and a 2.7km run for children aged 12 years or under.
