The bridge upgrade will widen the decking and increase hand rail height to enable shared-use (bicycling and walking).During construction the closure is necessary to ensure public safety. No alternative routes are available for this section of the Pipeline Track between Morphetts Road and Browns Road. As a result a communication plan is being implemented to notify affected parties.
